That was the one thing I didn't get about that movie. I thought they were going somewhere with his character and then you never see him again.

He was wasted in this movie. Like someone said, just when you think his character is going somewhere, he never shows up again. He was not very well realized.

You have a part to cast in a movie, Gary Oldman is willing to play it...you cast him.

I haven't seen it but I'm sure they were the 2 greatest scenes ever acted. (Unless Daniel Day Lewis would have done them)

I bought the movie and watched the extras about how it tied into the true story. It made me appreciate the movie more. I liked it but glad I waited for the DVD.
