Was American Horror Story: Hotel the worst season of a major TV show of all time?

Just finished it on Netflix. Just terrible from top to bottom. Little entertainment value, terrible story line, bad acting, bad editing. It honestly felt like a low budget spoof of American Horror Story akin to Disaster Movie or something of the like.
I haven’t watched Roanoke Nightmare, but not feeling very intrigued to dive into it.

American Horror Story after season 1 (and even after season 2) might be one of the biggest TV letdowns ever. It's remarkable how something that started so good ended up so comically awful.

I only ever watched season two of American Horror Story and came away unimpressed. It all seemed so uneven with absolutely no idea of what it was trying to be. Aliens, serial killers, and demonic possession. Way too much going on there.

Stopped watching when whatever that thing was came out of the shadow and arse rapes the guy on the bed.

Hotel was just OK IMO. Coven was way worse.

I haven't seen all of the seasons (not S2 and half of S3), but Coven was the worst. By far. Coven was one of the worst written and acted shows I have ever personally seen. I only lasted about half the season because I was literally forcing myself to watch it and couldn't make myself continue, it was that bad.
Hotel sucked, but it was light years better than Coven IMO.

Go watch Gabourey Precious Sidibe's acting in Coven, she makes Tommy Wiseau look like Laurence Olivier.

I stopped watching AHS in the middle of the Coven season. Precious is a crappy actress. I literally laughed out loud hard when I read your comment comparing Tommy to Laurence Olivier

I dont think they ever did
it was obvious the serial killer was the detective around the halfway point of the season
that just killed it for me
season 1 was great
season 2 was good but could have been a lot better without the alien bullshite
