It makes me cry when people do this

When the movie was released in 1977 it was called Star Wars. The whole A New Hope subtitle came later.

Yea, someone else, probably young enough to be my grandchild, called it Star Wars IV.

You can't have IV when I, I and III can't be included in the same conversation.

I put it in the honorable mentions that I added earlier today.

Not the greatest movie but it did give us, "Can you dig it?" and the oddest representation of gangs before Gangs of New York.

After this, could we maybe do 100 TV Shows We Agree Don't Suck, 100 Movies We Agree Suck, or redo the original list since there are far more posters since the original list?

For the most part I dislike TV, but someone else could run it.

I'm not sure. Those threads often get out of hand and I have to pull the plug on myself lest I get no work done (that's also because I'm usually arguing with like 5 people at once on the poli board

Meh. The 60's would get fewer voters I imagine but that really ain't too bad and after putting this list together (I'll post it when I can number them), it turns out I like more movies form the 60's that I do from the 70's. Though the top 5 of the 70's is pretty dang strong.

Whatever thread is next, I want to play Robin and help out. Dead serious I will create a glow in the dark dirt bike and enter some match with the sole purpose of people trying to kill me. Also will train to be a trapeze person.

If you like slow nihilistic movies about the obsessive vanity of mankind, you'll dig it.
