Am perplexed. Premise
is interesting, I fancy me the kind of Darryl Hannah looking girl (Punch), and her sidekick looks set to provide laughs.

1st season was the best...the second season was ok with the new partner. brain candy

Punch is kind of a young Darryl Hannah/Chrissie Hynde mix, isn´t she?

Yeah, my understanding is she left the series because they weren't sure they were getting a second season and she had gotten another job.
There was some great chemistry between her and the male lead (I forget his name)...which wasn't duplicated in season 2.

I like the second season girl (she´s no Punch, however). She´s too much for him, however.
