i saw something about tvshack posted on here the other day so i decided to check it out...i was catching up on some modern family episodes and in the middle of the 2nd episode the popups started...so i did a little research and apparently this website implants a virus...my laptop is pretty screwed right now...anyone else have any problems with this site? TIA

Have a firewall. I use it all, I mean ALL the time.

My McAfee gives me warnings not to use that site.

Most of those sites are loaded with trojans and other malware. Someone else posted a link on here to FastPassTV recently, same thing with that site.

MY computer got smashed to pieces a few weeks ago by internet security suite 2010.
Best to make sure you have a good antivirus running and also have the following programs installed on your computer.
superantispyware and malwarebytes
Those will really help you out if you get nailed by malware.

my divx player won't work. I went to ninjavideo.net and when i tried to play a tv show all i got was a white screen.

same here. i installed divx put keep getting page error when i click on a link to a show i want

Used tvshack for quite a while. no problems.
