you didnt think the whole idea of CF and his partner being able to infiltrate the grounds, let alone break into the office and steal the contracts, a bit of a reach?. I also thought the fact that RM was able to stab two VIPs in a whore house, while tripping on molly, and getting the "puta" out without any trouble was a bit unlikely.

That aside, I've enjoyed the series and think it will end well. Not a bad sophomore effort for Nic P.

The coked up scene followed by the call to ex was awesome.

that scene, while well done, reminded me of Emilio Esteves getting high and running around the library in "The Breakfast Club".

I had a feeling his ex wife was having an affair, and blamed the kid on the rape.

the BC scene was far cheesier.

Not just that...they actually overheard the "money shot" of that conversation.

Yeah, that part really bothered me. It just seemed so cliché. The only way it could have been worse was if CF had a tape recorder then played the whole thing for VV later.

That makes so much sense that I'm ashamed it never crossed my mind. I'm blanking on who told CF about the dude that "actually raped" his woman being in prison. If it was anyone that would have any connection to his wife, it would make sense.

But the DNA of the guy they just arrested matches that of the rape kit that was taken when she got raped....

I think he is implying that the kid wasn't the product of her marriage OR the rape because she was having an affair with THIS GUY!

The ex-wife told him about the guy being captured.

Now I'm waffling a bit on liking the affair theory. Why would the wife even change her lie. CF wasn't even thinking about the possibility of an affair. He assumed he killed the rapist. I guess she is trying to frick his mind up even more to win custody. That kind of makes sense. The whole thing threw him into a terrible nose dive where he did a pound of coke, a half gallon whiskey, and was able to function enough to hold a conversation somehow.

That was not a pound of coke.

Did anyone else find it weird when his wife called him "sweetheart"?

How does she go from being such a stone cold biatch to calling him sweetheart?

And that Molly scene was lame. Good episode overall though. CF is awesome.

It might not have been a half gallon of whiskey either. I wasn't really concerned with exact measurements.

Maybe Blake raped her. Here is what we know...

Both Blake and the kid are redheaded.

One of Vinces guys gave Blake the name of the fake raper.

Blake worked for vince.

In the flashback scene in episode 1 when CF meets VV for the first time and gets the info...Blake is the bartender giving a sly look....

Could be all coincidence.

Or he didn't rape her, but they had some sort of affair.

Seems pretty far fetched.

Wouldn't that basically guarantee CF custody or give him a huge case if she had an affair? Not sure how all that works but would seem stupid on her part to push for the paternity test if she was having affairs.

She was a big downtown lawyer though so its possible I suppose...

oh yeah it is a legit stretch but it is an improvement on reality from 2 episodes ago with that shootout

i'm not trying to nitpick here. the knife stuff just looked funny
