I'm totally lost on what Frank is doing other than trying to disappear while leaving the Russians empty handed with what they have taken from him.

I believe that the VV character is coming into his own. With Velcorro and Bezzerides locked up and being fugitives, they cant get too close. VV is going to be the one that takes most of these folks out, you watch.

When Velcoro asked if Bezerides missed anything (when they were drinking right before the hook up), was that just some random come on line, or was there something in particular he was asking her about?

I took it as if he was asking her if she would miss anything about her life when they disappear or leave the country. Basically it was 2 people with shitty lives coming to realization that they have lived shitty lives.

...or he could have been asking her if she wanted the dick

Might be a poor comparison but anyone kind of like at Frank at the end like Nucky Thompson? As in he's about to lose everything and he starts making moves like a badass to go down swinging. Popped into my head last night while watching

yep

I've been doing this for awhile now

for almost all BBC shows and shows where they whisper or mumble a lot, its a necessity IMO

Great fricking episode! It was a struggle through the first 4 but it continued to pick up steam, and it looks like we're in for all in sprint for the last 90 minutes!

Since TD is such a unique show, with revolving casts & storylines, maybe HBO should consider cutting the seasons to 6 episodes.....Allowing Pizz not to have to spread the plot so thin across extra eps that aren't all that relevant to the story

I've been using CC since the second episode. It helps a ton, especially with all the names.

quote:

I think Frank is going to use the Mexican Gang as his muscle. To take out the guys who Blake told him about who are having the big trade off. Osef will be there as Blake told him. Frank doesn't want the cash which would be a great incentive for the Mexicans. He wants the Diamonds. Now that the deal Frank gave the Mexicans last episode is dead. Because even if Frank hadn't torched the places, they could never get that deal from the Russians. This could be a revenge motive for the Mexicans.

Good point. I was wondering how Frank was going to be able to use all that ammo.

can some clarify Frank and the diamond scene with the Jew...

He was talking to the Jew about selling diamonds, right, not buying them? That was the only part that had me confused last night

the main problem is that people that havent been featured in the show all season, are all of a sudden very important characters, and they are throwing their names out left and right like we are supposed to know who the frick they are.

Somewhat, but they're not that difficult to figure out.

dixon, holloway, burris

Were in the early episodes a lot. And knowing what we knew about Vinci from the very beginning, it wasn't a stretch to assume we should know who these guys are.

quote:

frickin' stan

Yeah ok, nobody knew who he was

quote:

these 2 girls with the diamonds and shite

We knew the missing girl would be a storyline from episode 1.

the opposite as far as the acting and dialogue being absolutely terrible compared to season 1. Thankfully the last 2 episodes have been pretty good.

I think he meant the opposite as in Last season was really good until the very end, where it dropped off. I barely made it through the first half of this season and now it seems to be getting much better. I am a little nervous of them pulling another shite the bed finale though where I think it is going to be awesome only........not to be awesome. And you are dead on with these characters barely being in the show all of a sudden being relevent. I can't remember who the hell they are either.

I think it might have been a mistake for Frank to say anything to Mayor Chessani in the bar, but we will see.

That's what I thought at first, but I think he was talking about buying them. The guy told him $700k, but then Frank upped the price he wanted... I'll have to go back and watch it again.

I think he's going to take the 12 mil from the Russians to buy diamonds with. Diamonds are international currency and can be transported overseas way easier than 12 mil.

That would be royally fricked if she did that to him.

I would hate the show pretty much.

I don't think she fricks him over. If anything she'll get killed or held by the Mexicans trying to double cross him.

I really liked this episode.

But the Blake character's acting was horrible. "Triple cross" LMAO.

Vince is killing it though. And I don't get the hate for his wife, she plays her role well.

he's going to buy diamonds I think. take the 12 million and then cash it in for diamonds…take the diamonds to Venezuala and sell them later
