Tour of Duty or China Beach?

i wanted to binge watch China Beach on Netflix, but damn they don't like good shows.
Made me remember Tour of Duty...such a great show.
Probably an old thread....but for Vietnam, both sort of worked...with different visions.
China Beach ia underrated..and probably was the better show.
I just wish I could stream both.

Tour of Duty's first season is better than all of China Beach.
But I watched both shows regularly when they were new and liked them both- but CB is more touchy/feely/relationshpy with Vietnam as a backdrop. ToD is about actual combat in Vietnam and the crap the guys had to deal with- which for me was far more interesting.

Watched both but Tour of Duty worked better for me. China Beach was kind of soapy at the end. Sort of Grey's anatomy meets Charley

TOUR OF DUTY!!!!
Brings back fond memories of watching this with my dad as a young pup.
Also, the intro alone with paint it black beats China beach, though Diana Ross & the Supremes isn't a bad way to open a show either.

Gotta go with Tour of Duty, especially the first season.
Outside of Dana Delaney, China Beach didn't do a lot for me... I greatly preferred MASH for that style of show.
