I think we have reached a point and time where we the fans need to be provided with 2 South Park shows.

For years they've put out incoherent stories because it was episodic and they just couldn't put together a good episode in a week anymore
Last season they switched to serial story telling and it was a revival. There's no doubt that the story this season is just not there
I like member berries but they actually managed to drive that into the ground. A South Park first

No South Park joke is worth 10 episodes.
We all love Fun times with weapons, Scott Tenorman must die, 2 days before the day after tomorrow, Casa Bonita, etc.
in a 10 episode arc format those episodes dont work. I get the format if there is a reason behind it and a mapped out purpose. Trey and Matt do not have an end game. They are week to week and no one is checking their decisions.
This season as a whole has been a massive miss with so much wasted potential. The world has been giving them free material and they cant even take a slam dunk anymore.
