This movie is absolute crap! (i.e.Things we do for our kids) Sharkboy & Lavagirl

My son unfortunately started watching this at 8:00 on Disney and has been glued to it ever since. This is the worst horseshite since Drop Dead Fred. Did anyone else's kid(s) watch this and enjoy it???

My son loved it when he was younger- even went as Sharkboy for Halloween when he was 4.
Horrible movie, but it appealed to kids. . . somehow. Wasn't the first bad movie my son watched 50,000 times, nor was it the last!

Ya I was relatively young (watched it with my seven year old brother) when I watched it and still thought it sucked.

My kids want to watch it everytime its on. So I've seen it at least 10-15 times. So feel fortunate if that was only your first viewing.

There is another reason why it may have been so terrible. Per IMDB: "The story was conceived by Robert Rodriguez's [director] then seven-year-old son Racer Rodriguez, who receives an on-screen 'Story By' credit."

This movies it very bad but my son loves it and I would probably get in trouble if I deleted it from our DVR list since he watches it pretty much every week.
