Can anyone give me a spoiler free review of "The Witch"? Critics seemed to enjoy it and I'm a horror / suspense fan. TIA!

Best horror movie in the last 20 years. Very creepy and unlike most horror movies, the acting is phenomenal.

There are so many awesome things in the movie you should definitely watch it. But I do think there was something lacking

It was pretty good, definitely very tense throughout. Although the accents are increadibly strong and it makes it hard to hear at times. It's certainly a slow burn so it's not for everyone.

Just finished it. It was pretty damn creepy! I enjoyed the hell out of it. Someone mentioned Green Room in an earlier post, it was previewed on the bluray of this one. Looks good too! Thanks for the responses.

i wanted to catch it in theaters, but I didn't get around to it. I'm guessing it's available now to rent. I'll have to watch it at some point this week.
