The Talking Dead just spoiled Glen getting whacked. Not that subtle, either.

Steven Yeun did just spoil something. He said Glenn is acting like a father to Enid because of his upcoming parenthood. Maggie said Glenn doesn't know yet. He basically confirmed that they're both still alive by saying that.

At the end of "In Memorium," the said " Glenn, we're happy you're alive...for now."

Yeah, not a spoiler. Making Glenn immortal would be quite the deviation from the comics.

I'm curious if they are really going to have Carl get his eye shot out, or if they'll just have him get shot somewhere else (like in the back or something). It's one thing to do something like that in the comics where they can show him with a hollow eye socket, but to do it on live action tv would be harder to pull off (I know, they can just use an eye patch, but still). And I really don't see that lesbo being able to operate on Carl's eye when she can't even remember how to tell if infection has set in on someone. They skipped Rick's hand loss, so I wonder if they will wuss out and do something different with Carl's injury.

This was because Kirkman feels like it hampered the character's development too much. I'm not sure the same applies with Carl.
I do think Carl surviving the shot to the face is far more unbelievable than Rick surviving having his hand cut off. Especially considering how incompetent they've made Denise on the show.
I don't understand why they made Denise a lesbian in the show, tbh. If they keep going down that road, they will remove some critical character development for Heath. Maybe they're intending Tara to be the Heath of the comics and Heath to fill some other role. I like his character in the comics so I'm pretty disappointed with what the show has done with him so far.

With the Black Highlander rules in effect, the show writers know he won't be around too long.

This got me thinking. What if in the escape from Alexandria, Jessie won't let go of Carl's hand and, instead of cutting her hand off, Rick has to cut off Carl's hand? That could kind of tie into the comics with the Jessie thing, while also tying into Rick losing his hand.

Nah, from the moment the audience began suspecting Maggie was pregnant, we knew Glenn knew because when they were leaving to go out to handle the herd, Maggie wanted to go and it was Glenn who told her she should stay to help DeAnna and "for another reason".
And last night he told Enid that Maggie was his "pregnant wife" when they saw that the herd was surrounding Alexandria and he wasn't going to give up on getting back to her.
I feel like there was another reference made by Maggie talking about Glenn's knowledge but I can't remember.
All that to say, Glenn 100% knows about the pregnancy.
