Just finished it, I loved it. Very nicely written and Directed, only problem I had was Sutters best friend seemed a little miscast. I highly recommend to anyone on the fence about seeing this film.

very good movie. The interactions between sutter and what's her face are pretty awesome

How does it stack up to Perks O' Wallflower?

I liked Perks and all, but it was at times overly-emo and draining to watch...

i think it's better than Perks

it's honestly probably one of the best coming of age movies I've seen. It just feels natural

I was glad it wasn't a straight coming of age love story. It dealt with something more important.

I totally didn't see the car smack happening. I was like wtf, I thought for sure he was going to end up wrecking his car bad after she got out.

Apparently the book ends on more of a downer because it cuts it off before he cleans up and goes to find her.

Solid flick. Really captured the awkwardness of high school well.

Though I could tell it was done by the same people who did 500 Days of Summer bc I kept finding myself getting really annoyed with Sutter in much the same way I hated Summer
