yeah the movie took a bad turn and not in a good way.the blonde kid was a decent actor but not great and the other kid (AVery's real son) sucked arse and I couldn't stand to listen to him talk.

I didn't think the ending was bad, but the accent on the one son was so bad that it brought it down significantly.

I didnt think it was bad either. The annoying kid.....means that the actor did a great job. He was that douchebag.
with that said..
The bank robbing part was easily the best part of the story.

Why did Bradley Cooper and his white wife come out with a hispanic/Guido kid and Rosario Dawson came out with a 100 percent white kid
I mean, it wouldve made so much more sense if you switched the two roles. But both kids were terrible in this movie.

That was his character acting, when he was talking with his dad around he had zero accent and no attitude. I think it was meant to be over the top and obnoxious

He's definitely a great actor. Even if you don't like him in this, you have your pick of the rest of his films.

Totally agree. The movie was three separate acts with the second and third being progressively worse than the first.
