Those two TV specials started my collection. Bardock: The Father of Goku, and The History of Trunks.

Almost 100 pages for a DBZ thread. Who would've thought? This deserves some type of award.

The good old days of paying $20-25 for 3 episodes

frick that noise. Doing that back in the day has caused me to not feel a bit of guilt for downloading all the movies and episodes.

Does anyone else remember Planet Namek? That was my favorite DBZ site until they shut down in 03.

Yep. That was the best one back in the day. On dial-up back in like 99-2000, it sucked downloading clips.

I think they were using it long before Trunks debuted too.

I remember my brother and I finding those 2 on VHS at a Suncoast and getting so excited. Shrink wrapped in all their glory

I miss that place, they always had DBZ videos...

And does anyone remember that online, maybe unnoffical, DBZ fighting game? I think it was roughly a MMORPG?

It was so fun/hard, and I think you had to keep the window up or you'd lose all your stuff...

Someone was making an awesome DBZ mod for Quake 3 back in 00/01 called Bid for Power, but Funi put the kibosh on it.
