also from what I can tell Gohan its still Mystic Gohan.

Yeah, that was leaked before. Not 100% it's Mystic Gohan, but he's not a Super Saiyan.

Yes, they are apart of the adventure but in the grand scheme of things Goku was always the front runner, there is no DBZ without a Goku.
Maybe Gohan is your favorite character which is why you or others think the show should've ended with Cell or started with Gohan being the main character but we could argue that Piccolo could get the torch passed to him, or Vegeta. Logically from the perspective of the story line I'm fine with Goku coming back after Cell. I don't like Gohan becoming weak or all the new kids and the fusions. This is just my perspective.
ETA: A lot of the characters spit in the face of Goku regarding trust and values but it made Goku who he is.

A page or two back, I posted a link about when to expect a Funi dub. Fox holds the rights, so we might have to wait up to 2 years.
I would've been upset if DBZ ended at Cell, Goku was still quite young and had a lot of potential. No matter how he acted during the cell games, conceding defeat I just know in the back of my mind if push came to shove he would've gone to the next level. When Krillin died in Dragon Ball, when Krillin and Piccolo died from Frieza shows that even if Goku thinks he can't win, his emotions can take over and he can win. Goku just had his mind set since he seen Gohan's power during training in the time chamber. Cell saga ending DBZ would've not gave me closure.
Do you think we can expect some "unofficial dubs" earlier than that?

The hate for the orange bricks on Kanzenshuu is ridiculous.

I agree with your message, but to me, the story had a perfect ending after Cell. Would I have wanted to see more? Hell yes, but I ALWAYS want more DBZ.
About the dubs, I know Battle of Gods will have a fan dub in a few months probably.

screw a serious dub...I hated the Tree of Might and Lord Slug movies but now they are some of the best videos on youtube thanks to Team Four Star.

I agree with DBZ ending after Cell saga. The Buy saga was just over blown in my opinion. The fusions get excessive and was a game changer from individual fighting.

The fusions did change a lot, but it didn't ruin it for me. I enjoyed the Buu saga. Personal favorite was the Cell saga. Frieza/Namek saga is a very close second.

I'm not sure. It could be a few weeks, or it could be a few months. Depending on when the guys on Kanzenshuu, or another source can get a copy of the film.
