Piccolo had his moments. The Piccolo and Android 17 fight is one of, if not my favorite fight in the entire show. His transformation after fusing with Kami was awesome. I don't know if this has been discussed here, but if anybody is looking for a way to watch DBZ without buying the episodes or site hopping to find them online you can go to the store app for widows 8 and search for "Anime Dragon Ball Z full" and download the free app. They have all episodes of every saga streaming. Just started my rewatch yesterday

I disagree that humans shouldve been able to step up. After all, their roll was cannon fodder to piss off the sayains enough that they'd snap. But Piccolo really shouldve been more powerful. Also he was a giant green lizard alien demon descendant kami fused badass who trained harder than anyone else. I really wish they had just given him some kind of 2nd form battle transformation that allowed him to keep up with the sayains.

And where the hell is Pikkon's people? They could've made for an interesting ally. Or shite just use the dragon balls to wish pikkon alive and on earth.

Pikkon and his people are nowhere because...

Blah blah. He's a very interesting character.
