The officia poll: I am glad I did not waste money on BvS in the theater.

Honestly, I thought it looked and seemed like a Turd from the beginning. It is falling apart. In no way should a movie with that much potential take 10 days for it to make its money back through the domestic box office. I wonder if it will even reach 400 million before it's pulled! It is trailing the daily success of Iron Man 3, TDKR, the Avengers...and other 420-450 million dollar superhero films. That should not have happened.
I will wait for Redbox or PPV.

I enjoyed it and am glad I went to see it.

I saw it for the first time last night, going in with zero expectations after reading all the negativity.
And it was absolutely terrible. The Doomsday thing was completely stupid and out of the blue.
Wonder Women was the best part about the movie and she disappears for an hour screen time before showing up in the Final fight.
It was an atrocity. The movie had no flow at all.

How could you possibly know without seeing it in theater? I enjoyed seeing it on the big screen, but agree with a lot of the criticisms. I don't regret spending $20 for the wife and I to see it.

I'm so glad you decided to start a thread to tell us this. My sunday just got a whole lot better

It's actually not doing TOO terrible. It's not doing as good as a big Marvel movie, but I think it's made enough to grant JL to continue on course.

Warner Bros. Pictures‘ Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice added $52.4 million domestically its second weekend to take its total to $261.5 million. While it will be reported that this is a big 68% drop, last weekend’s $166.1 million opening did have the $27.7 million from Thursday previews included. Internationally, Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice earned $85 million this weekend for an overseas total of $419.8 million and a worldwide total of $681.3 million after a week and a half, including $85 million from China. In comparison, the Zack Snyder-directed Man of Steel earned a total of $668 million worldwide in 2013.

I know they will continue, and I have already read what you linked. My point is that this film should not have seen these types of reviews, reactions, and missed money opportunities. It is pathetic.

The plot was one big clusterf*ck. Reminded me of the Amazing Spiderman 2.

Please stop making new threads to say the exact same thing that has been said for the past two weeks.

The plot of Amazing Spiderman 2 wasn't THAT bad.
They should've never thrown in the Green Goblin storyline. Take that out, and its a much better movie.

your're missing out on the a good movie and the best way to see it is in a theatre

So you're slamming a movie you haven't seen. This is a common thing it seems with some movie. Happened with John Carter. Happened with Gods of Egypt.

This movie is no John Carter. That was made by an actual filmmaker who knew what he was doing. The only thing they have in common is horrible marketing, and that's it.

But John Carter was slammed by people who didn't see it just like OP and many others I've heard from slam this one. I didn't love this movie. But I've seen hundreds way worse. It wasn't bad, it had some problems, but there were things I liked. Just so much hyperbole.

I don't think you know what a poll is
Posted on 4/3/16 at 2:15 pm to WG_Dawg
No, I believe I do. Did I know most posters would not reply in with appropriate polling data? Sure I did. This is Tigerdroppings! I expected exactly what was posted, including your comment. My use of the word poll in the subject line is more or less sarcasm.

I haven't met you in real life, but from what I've seen you post, I think you are a jackass of a person.
(See how that works?)
