The Night Of Finale Episode Prediction Thread (Spoilers I'm sure)

Would like to see what you guys think is going to happen. Despite some bad court room scenes and the absurd kiss in the cell, I'm still intrigued to find out overall how it will end.
It'll be complicated but I predict he will be convicted and we'll see clearly or be left with the impression of who and what went down.

My expectations have gotten so low that I don't think I can be disappointed with the ending at this point. I honestly wouldn't even be surprised if they never reveal what happened. Some of those scenes in tonight's episode were laughably bad.

It's really a shame. Such a compelling storyline.

This is a single season show, correct? I feel like there's too much to wrap up in a single episode going forward. Too many frickin metaphors going on too. I just feel like they're trying to be way too artsy with everything and they're in over their heads. Regardless I'm anxious to see how it ends.
To me the most interesting ending would be the jury giving an innocent verdict and we find out that he actually murdered her. A nice bittersweet ending.

Naz admits he killed the girl

Naz has to be the killer now right? Maybe he's not, but the Freddy story line is very, very important...the writers didn't kill off the two other guys for no reason, now Naz is his only cohort.
I wouldn't doubt if this show ends on some kind of ambiguous note though, never really finding out about the truth...the show has shown us that no one is really as they seem, I expect the finale to really piss us all off and never answer anything.

Watch em pull a Sopranos ending right as the jury starts to deliver their verdict.

I don't think it really matters. They are only going for the theme of the US criminal justice system turning an innocent kid with some temper issues into a criminal who is helping commit murders and smuggle drugs.

Within a couple of weeks the quiet basketball tutor kid that sometimes sold his prescription ADHD medicine who had to rehearse "Hi nice to meet you I'm Naz" lines before going to a party is now a full blown criminal. He smuggles drugs with ease, got 2 tattoos on his hands, beat the shite out of a guy who was already injured, smokes crack daily and assists Freddy in murdering another inmate. Seems legit

They set it up to be the Step Dad, showing his debt and then him basically threatening to kill the lawyer.

This is why they have to show who the murderer really is. The whole theme is to attack the criminal justice system. They cant leave any doubt that Naz is the killer or their point is moot.

Idk wtf is going to happen. I don't think he killed the girl but ain't no damn way someone comes into the house, stabs her 22 times, and leaves without Naz even knowing someone else was in the house. She had to be screaming at the top of her lungs.

To me it's pretty obvious given the SJW bent of this show.
White male MUST be the real killer. That's stepdad. He will walk.
Naz, while innocent of the murder, will have been turned into a hardened criminal by the "system." However he will be convicted.
Det. Box will be shown to have tampered with evidence but gets to retire with full benefits and celebrated a hero.
Stone gets cured of his ailments and becomes a real trial lawyer.
The show is a mess plot wise and is just there to throw shite at the modern criminal justice system. That's all.

There's a LOT to wrap up, so the final episode should move pretty quickly. I really have no idea what could happen, but I wouldn't be surprised if Naz gets the death penalty.

I'm going to predict Naz dies but is proven innocent of the murder.

Dies how? He's got no enemies in prison anymore.

My prediction as well.
He gets his cell tossed in the finale, they find drugs and a cell phone, he gets charged with that stuff, gets proven innocent, but then gets killed in prison.

I don’t think Freddie is a friend. I think he’s going to kill Nas or have someone do it. He is just using Nas currently.

Also, my second prediction after the “Nas gets killed but proven innocent” theory, is that Nas is acquitted and right after he’s acquitted, he slips up talking to his family or lawyers and its revealed he actually did kill the girl. Kind of like a “Primal Fear” ending.
And there is nothing they can do about it. He's this prison hardened murderer that is free on the streets.

I would be so pissed if the show ended like that.
