Singer is all about the CGI

quote:

“I definitely want to use this technology again, and I might even be using some of it in a different way in X-Men," he explained. “I don't wanna say how, yet, but I'm definitely using some of this technology on X-Men which I never used in any of the other X-Men films.

“That's the thing I don't want to talk about,” sais Singer when pushed on whether he’d be creating a fully-CGI character. “I'm not sure. I'm doing research on it now.”

Not a big fan of movies with a lot of CGI but I don't see how he can do the Sentinels right without using CGI

uuuggghhh.... It was off to such a great start too. They should have just rebooted the franchise with X-Men First Class.

Even though Singer has done some frick ups, I like to give him the benefit of the doubt. Granted the "Jack the Giant Slayer" looks atrocious and I definitely won't go see that abortion in theaters.

it's not just the fact that we see how bad the giants look in that movie, but once directors get on the CGI pain train, they typically go crazy with it. it goes beyond just adding in CGI characters...the entire way they imagine shots (due to the freedom) changes

How bad do yall think that movie is going to bomb? I doubt it grosses more than $30 million opening weekend. Maybe 3-D will get it up to 35 mil, but that's about it. I certainly don't see it making back its budget.

EDIT: Top it off that its been delayed 9 months since Warners apparently knew it was going to suck, so they put it back to a weaker month.

I think X2 is the best one. X3 certainly missed Singer.

I know it'll will probably never happen but I wish this film would somehow merge the XMen into the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
