The Last Ship series

Im stuck on a drilling rig with tv but its west african tv. So I was getting movies and stuff from guys on the rig. A guy gave me a series called the last ship. The acting is cheesy but the story line is actually pretty good. Just checking to see if anyone else has seen it.

It's OK. I watch it but wouldn't be upset when it gets cancelled.

I was pleasantly surprised with this show. I binged watched season one, which I think helped with the enjoyment, but now I'm in it for however long they keep making it. Fun show IMO.

I too am on a drilling rig in the GOM. I recently acquired the series also. I'll start watching it tonight.

Exact same scenario and feelings that I have. There a few head slap moments like the ship's Captain going out on missions, but other than that i enjoy the heck out of the show

It's a good enough show, but compared to west african tv it probably seems like Breaking Bad or The Wire.
