The Happening: best opening sequence in film?

I'm watching it for the first time on TV right now. It's pretty funny so far.

Mark Wahlberg is now talking to a plant. Check that: a plastic plant. Oh my, some much needed comedy relief. This movie is super serious.

Anybody notice Wahlberg is really whiny in this? It's offputting.

Way of the Gun opening scene is the best, IMO.

I actually really liked John Leguizamo's performance in this movie.

The one bright spot honestly.
