Barry let Patty go and chose Iris. I'm not saying Iris isn't hot because she is but Patty got that booty.

To be fair, Iris ain't half bad in the booty department either.

That one is obvious. Grodd took over his mind (notice that Solovar is wearing a helmet when he fights Grodd in Central City)

If it was that easy why did Barry need to beat Solovor in the 1st place?

It does beg the question as to why Cisco has yet to design a helmet that can keep Grodd out of someone's head.

Fun episode with Eddie, Ronnie, Captain Cold, and Zoom coming back.

HR stepping up to help and point out the obvious that fit his character.

I searched for this thread last night and came up with nothing. But, I enjoyed this episode a bunch. Way better than the crap Arrow is putting out. Don't know how much longer I can watch that one.

Props to you sticking with Arrow, I checked out a while back.

Done with TWD too.

I'm sure the Flash may meet the same fate one day but for now it's still pretty good.

Per the press releases, the episode after next is simply called, "Abra Kadabra".

Still holding out for an appearance by the Tornado Twins.

I think Arrow is having a great year. I think the reveal of Prometheus being who he was kind of let some people down, but I dig it. Of the three CW superhero shows I watch (forever lol Supergirl) I'm enjoying Arrow the most, then Legends, then Flash.

Is this musical x-over supposed to advance the Flash plot or will it be kind of a stand alone episode?

Just seems like a weird time to have a musical episode given the current happenings on the show.

I hope it's stand alone. It looks really, really dumb.

I'm 20 minutes in and the only thing you need to know is Barry and Iris are still separated. Same goes for Monell and Kara. That's all they've discussed.

The guy that put Kara and Barry in a coma is trying to steal their powers. He set up a script that Kara and Barry have to play out in order to wake up. They're in a shared dream state.

Eta: It's actually not a bad episode. Decent crossover.

The script is making Kara and Barry look at their relationships from the other's point of view.

In the dream Iris and Monell are together.

It wasn't that bad for what was basically a stand alone episode (the only plot point that was furthered on either show was that the two couples are now back together). But it did a decent job of pulling off that classic musical feel, even the whole plot outside of the dream with the Music Meister being a Mr. Mxyzptlk type entity that was teaching Barry and Kara a life lesson.

But we get Abracadabra next week. I've been waiting for 2 seasons to see him on the Flash.

I agree that it wasn't anywhere near as bad as they made it look in the preview.

Eta: Barry and Iris are engaged again.

How do you guys think the season has gone? It's definitely not in the same league as S:1, probably even with last season
