How does the butcher know Milligan's phone number to call him about Dodd being in his trunk? shite, how does he even know who Milligan is?

I was thinking the same thing. I'm thinking Dodd may have given the Gerhardts number to Ed. He talked to Floyd or the new Buffalo guy. Maybe he arranged a deal with them to bring Milligan to them. Can't wait for next week

Well, Bear got a phone call from Hanzee at the end of the episode and Hanzee supposedly knows where Dodd is. Maybe Hanzee caught up with Ed/Peggy/Dodd and he gave Ed Mike's information in order to set a trap/ambush for the Kansas City folks.
I have faith it will be explained and explained well in the next episode - this show doesn't leave big plot points like that hanging.

This season started out good but, in my opinion, not as awesome as season 1. But, damn, it keeps improving. Both are great seasons, just different.
Can't wait to see more of Hanzee next week. Was last episode the first time we heard his actual name? They usually just call him the Indian.

I had to do a doubletake to make sure it wasn't Dave Chappelle. Milligan's character sounds just like him
