Music in tonight's episode is on point.

I have just caught up with this show and I can say I think it will hold true to form of the last season.
Billy Bob Thornton was amazing last season.

I think Ron Swanson gets wacked soon hope he goes out like a boss
This season has been awesome so far wasn't sure how they would come close to the malvo and Lester shite but they've done a damn good job

Another fantastic, multi-layered episode. The writing, acting, cinematography, music and direction are all on point again. Cannot praise this series enough.

It keeps getting better and better.

Love how the Undertaker got built up to be a boss who comes in and takes care of the situation but then gets disposed of in 45 seconds like a no-name Decepticon in a Transformers movie.

Was mike milligan gonna be whacked? Or was the undertaker just relieving him of his duties?
I imagine with a name like the undertaker, mike was as good as dead. ...just wondering

Probably
If not then, most likely later.
I'm curious to see the Dodd transaction go down.

So does anyone else laugh out loud at some of the plot twists? Like the butcher having Dodd in the trunk?
God I love this show.

quote:They built it up like Mike was a dead man but that would have been ridiculous. Surely they didn't expect him and his psychopath, shotgun-wielding crony to say "yeah we'll wait here for you to come kill us, sounds like a plan". I don't think Mike was in good standing with his bosses but he wasn't getting whacked. They just made it feel like that because it made for a better scene.

quote:lol yeah it's kind of like last season with Lester. He's literally becoming "The Butcher of Luverne". The Cohen Brothers must be a pretty big part of the storytelling process. That's a classic Cohen Brothers twist.

Any ideas on what was going on in with codes and symbols all over the walls when Betsy Solverson was at her dad's house?
Earlier in the episode he mentioned flashbacks from WWII. I may have just missed something else that ties it all together.
Season 1 was one of my favorite seasons of TV but this one may be better.

No idea. I kinda figured it was UFO related, but it threw me.
Going to be bummed when this season ends.

This was the only thing I could think of, but I was wondering if maybe I was not remembering something from an earlier episode.

This show is the best at building tension. I could probably watch a back forth conversation between Lou Solverson and Mike Milligan for an entire episode.
