I finally watched BoG last night. I thought it was awesome. It left a lot of doors open as well. If they did continue the series, I'd like to see one of the other Gods of Destruction go rogue and start destroying universes and force Bills and Goku to team up to take him out.

I really liked it too. Same thing I said with the openings left for continuation. I'd really love to know more about these other Gods we were told about. USMC, you should really check the movie out, especially since Toriyama wrote it, and could be considered canon.

I liked it, as discussed only had 2 problems with it:
1) The actual transformation. I was not a fan of how he achieved SSJG. At all. I was hoping for more of a training/ fighting/ struggle going on with Goku for a large part of the movie.
2) Great Saiyaman. Yes i know it's been discussed, but danm
I mean this kid:

just a dumb stand up comedian. It bothers me to no end.
WHat i did like:
Vegta - awesome every scene he was in. Going ballistic over Bulma, and dancing like an idiot. I loved when Bills punked Goku about pride using Vegta dancing on stage.
The actual Bills character was great too.
King Kai was awesome as usual.

I didn't like the animation. Everything moved weird. Most other things were fine with me, and I liked how they set it up moving forward if they decide to do that.

I would love to watch a movie where Goku has to learn to control and harness his new level of awesomeness. It just bugged me that there wasnt anything earned or learned (unintentional rhyme). From what i gathered he needs to be a selfless defender of the earth and not a proud foolhearty battle warrior.
Could be great to watch him battle a new super badass hell bent on destroying earth.

100% agree. I stated in this thread that I didn't like how SSJG was obtained, and Saiyaman is always terrible.
