Suck on that, humans.

How is this possible? Do the humans on the other shows just suck or are the people from Ferguson's show that creative with a low budget and have come up with a stroke of genius?

The best thing that Ferguson has going for him is the same thing that Dave an Conan had going for them when they were on in the later time slots. And that is that the network doesn't pay them much attention. So they can experiment, be whacky and offensive. And the audience is not large enough to offend many people.

Personally, i love Craig Ferguson's show. I think that his off-beat charm endears him to the audience. But i'm not usually up that late and i won't fill up up my tivo with it.

I don't watch a lot of Ferguson but one of the most memorable interviews I've seen in the last year was when he had Morgan Freeman on his show

Freeman was so exasperated at one point I think he wanted to shake CF

Craig is hilarious and by far the most entertaining right now. You can tell when he throws the script out and starts winging it. His producer must have claw marks in his chair.

I think all this is true. But I think that a great part of the show w/ Ferguson is that he seems to bring out great entertainment from his guests. I think it's the only time you get a glimpse of their real personalities. I think that is in large part attributable to Ferguson's dynamic personality that he simply gets these reactions from his guests on the fly.
