Brand new horror movie about a smoke show Babysitter dabbling in the occult. It's absolutely hilarious, gory as hell, and just a great horror movie. Netflix smashed it out the park with this one. Highly recommend.

Samara Weaving is pretty much perfection.

Isn't Bella Thorne in that too.

I know she's trashy, but she's the right kind of trashy.

Used to be but she's taken it too far. Now she looks like she lives in a dumpster.

Australia has produced quite a stable of babes over the years.

Teresa Palmer
Margot Robbie
Ilsa Fisher
Rachel Taylor
Anna Torv
Abbie Cornish
Melissa George
Radha Mitchell
Rose Byrne

Lets not forget:

Elle Macpherson
Olivia Newton John

You forgot Nicole Kidman (before she started looking fake)

Apparently Yvonne Strahovsky is Australian also

This movie looks terrible and its directed by McG but I may end up watching because of Bella.

That scene pushed the movie from good to great.

You ant use logic with a movie like this.

If that were the case, the kids would have ran out of the front door of the neighbors house instead of locking themselves in the bathroom.

Yeah, I guess. But this movie just went too far with it IMO. Both of the chicks are hot and the kiss was awesome, but other than that it was pretty bad. I just didn't think it worked. It started out good, but as soon as

the cops got shot and they called it in that they were on a burger break, it fell apart. There was chaos going on at that house and nobody called the cops? Nobody heard the gun shots? I mean, you can say "you can't use logic in movies like this", but I think this one took it way too far.

This movie is on part with movies like Tucker & Dale vs Evil. It's not meant to be believable in any way. It's a campy, gory, funny romp.

To me, that's no excuse. You can't just throw out every crazy thing that happens in this movie as "Well, it's just a joke movie". It's not Scary Movie. It still needs to tell a story and some rules still need to apply.

I get that everyone in the movie is crazy, but the kid isn't. There has to be logic to what he does for it to work, IMO. And there's not. He makes really stupid decisions that make no sense. It just didn't work for me.

This is probably not the genre for you, then.

I like Schindler's List as much as the next guy, but sometimes you just need a little Toxic Avenger in your life.

What's your take on Troma films?

I love movies in this genre. I love Tucker and Dale. Shaun of the Dead. Cabin in the Woods. Zombieland. I could go on. This one didn't work for me.

I need to watch Shaun of the Dead again before Halloween.

Damn, that's a great movie.

Yeah it's great.

Another good one you may like that you may not have heard of is Final Girls.

Also the movie that just came out in theaters Happy Death Day is pretty good. Terrible title, but good movie.
