The first one really holds up well. The sequel, not so much. Outside of the summer camp arc, I didn't particularly care for the storyline in part 2. I heard there were plans to make a third big screen release titled Addams Family Tree but when Julia died, that put the kibosh on it. Btw, I can't stand Joan's lisp. Worse than Emma Stone.

Julia's performance was great in both of them. I really liked Angelica Huston too.

She looks almost unrecognizable. Same with Lloyd. He gained a lot of weight for the role.

They tried to hard with the puns and jokes in Values. It seemed more naturally flowing in the first. I was pissed the baby didn't have squid legs too.

Raul Julia did an excellent job of taking John Astin's TV role. I have to wonder what the TV set was like with John Astin and Carolyn Jones back then. You know they had to pull shite in outtakes that couldn't make it to TV in their playing off of each other with Jones being the straight man ... er .. person.
