It's click bait because it's not new. Not even close to new. It's a repackaged story with a click bait title as if it's breaking news.

He's been saying this for years.

The article even states he's "standing by his earlier claim".

I'm not chastising you. I'm sure this is new to plenty of people. But CBS knows that, too.
