he is in the system though as having done all this bc of the hacker right?
Yeah. He is fully in the computers as having been to harvard law. Not sure why he keeps running around saying he didn't go when he could just tell people to look it up.

Because he's an insufferable douche. The only worse character is his whiny fiance'
I love DVR because I fast forward through all the scenes in their apartment.

Because apparently the firm only hires Harvard grads (and someone is bound to know someone who can/can't confirm he went there).
As far as the outside world, well, the show is farcical.

I can't remember... are they going to make an exception for Rachel, or will she have to go to work elsewhere?

They devoted like two episodes to that drama. Rachel was about to kill herself because she didn't get into Harvard and thus, couldn't work at Pearson Specter Litt. Jessica swooped in and said they'd make an exception for her, because well, frick tradition and the fact that every attorney in the building went to Harvard, Rachel is dating Mike.

How they treat other attorneys is among the most comical things to me. I mean everything thing is like this BATTLE and they are at each others throats, and they all hate each other and so on. I mean...maybe its like that in Manhattan, but for the most part, Plaintiff and Defense attorneys understand that they are all kind of in this together to a certain extent and they mostly get along. There are obviously some real dickheads out there so it varies.
Also, billion dollar cases go to trial in a week, and attorneys do all the talking to each other in depositions.

I find this show highly entertaining, but it's like watching House and thinking that's actually how a hospital works.

I know everybody hates Rachel. Maybe I just have a different perspective on this, but I like Rachel. I work with a bunch of women and I've seen them whine, cry, and have shouting matches over much less than the stuff Rachel is complaining about.

And if PSL existed in the real world, they would have literally no clients.
Its got to be the most volatile law firm in history. Schemes, partners changing constantly, backstabbing, and how many fricking clients have already been fricked over/almost fricked over based on personal vendettas?

Ah.. I remember Jessica agreeing to pay for her law school after Louis didn't include it in her rehiring. Thanks.

Why don't they just fire that Jack a-hole and get on with it?

What would they have to do all day without all their internal power struggles? Surely they wouldn't decide to work.

Plus you need someone to spend much of every day reading the bylaws.

i wish i had a dollar for every time i heard "bylaws" or when jessica inserts a cuss word into something just to do it.

I'm starting to think I really really like a really really dumb show.
