I honestly don't get all the hype over the Joker as a movie character in general. It's an easy character to play on screen and I feel like any decent actor could pull off the role.
That's why I was never understood the whole "HEATH LEDGER IS GOING TO SUCK!" bandwagon.
Heck, I think Eisenberg could pull off the Joker better than Lex Luthor.

Vince Vaughn once talked about how backwards Hollywood has it. It's easy to play wacky roles of abstract characters. The toughest role is playing a real person that people are very familiar with.

Looks like they are asking a lot of Margot Robbie, hopefully she can pull it off, she looks good so far in the trailer

I think Margot Robbie has the personality to pull it off with ease. I expect her to do really well. Supporting actress nomination well.

I like the concept of the Suicide Squad, but this looks way too dark and depressing. They really should have taken a lot from Guardians of the Galaxy when it comes to the Suicide Squad. If this film is actually over-the-top serious and doesn't have actual funny moments, then it will fail.
