No doubt they'll complain, but that's the source material. The Joker is a psychopath. He's not suppose to be idealized.

I found some photos. I'm disappointed in the look and I'm disappointed they didn't listen to feedback. The Joker is exactly the way he is portrayed in that earlier photo. Even the teeth and the "damaged" tattoo. I'm not out, but I'm very disappointed in that look.

I don't get the flack on the Jokers look - they are imagining him for this movie - not Nolan's or Burton's Batman.
here is a crazy thought - why not give it a chance - you never know, they may hit a home run. i just don't get the knee jerk reaction.

That tats are fine, with the exception of the damaged tattoo on his forehead. That's just plain terrible.

Everyone who knows me on this board knows that I've been an avid defender of this movie, but I can not agree with this design. I would be cool with some tats, but I just think they went overboard. I hope it works.

The tats don't bother me as much as the costume design. He looks like a Joker I'd hire for a kid's birthday party.

How about you guys reserve judgement for the finished product with all of the proper lighting and effects done rather than flipping out over some leaked set photo ?
