My TV guide said the episode was 3 hours but after 2 hours, it ended without any credits and started playing the skin surgery show. Wtf? Is there a part 3 or what?

He's a nasty pile of shite who doesn't deserve anyone's help and doesn't deserve food stamps and whatever other taxpayer money he gets. He will never be free of the food and drug addictions. He will never be a productive member of society. He's useless and I wish the doctors would give him all the fentanyl he wants.

He seemed to be doing much better at the end. I was shocked but he was off all pain meds and had lost a bunch of weight...who knows
