Season 2 has been pretty good so far.

Darth Maul returns next week!

This show is so good, I wonder how Ezra story will end?

I read an incredible theory that Ezra=Snoke. If so could be amazing.

Yes, but I don't think Disney will do it.

I thought about it a while back. We know one of two things will happen to Ezra - he'll either die or turn to the darkside. Either way, it's a great way to end the series.

Really excited to see him in Rebels. I love how they keep bringing Maul back. He was such an interesting and mysterious character in episode 1. Clone wars made him one of my favorite villains.

Do we know for sure that this season is the last? So far it's been good, but all this waiting for the last 2 episodes. Disney has wiped out all the canon stuff, but reintroducing Malachor is a big step in reintroducing EU stories.

This season is not the last.

Disney XD has ordered a third season of Lucasfilm’s animated series Star Wars Rebels, which follows a ragtag group of heroes that dare to strike back against Imperial forces. The third season is currently in production and scheduled to premiere in 2016, it was announced today by Marc Buhaj, senior vice president, Programming and General Manager, Disney XD.

That was in November.

With Rebels being a hit, I could honestly see Disney going back and redoing the prequels in some form.

There is no point in doing that. No matter what, the nerds won't be satisfied. What they can do, is go before and create some canon backstories. Or do some Old republic stuff. that intrigues me moreso than trying to please people by redoing the prequels.

It would be best to just acknowledge they exist and never mention them again.

Vader likely kills Ahsoka next week.

Since I am a former KOTOR player, I am more interested in Malachor storyline. Especially since Disney said none of the EU was canon. We know Vader is a bad arse, and Ahsoka likely get's killed since she isn't in any movies. UNLESS, they hold onto her for one more season of Rebels.

I mean, I think it's inevitable that Vader kills his old apprentice... Rebels and Clone Wars has gone out of its way to make Anakin more of a bad arse than his movie counterpart.

Season 2 finale tonight, who will they kill off?

I say Ahsoka, and we see Ezra begin his journey down the path to the Dark Side.

I've also read rumors that Benicio del Toro's character in Star Wars: Episode 8 is a much older version of Ezra.

I find it hard to believe that Disney would have Ezra fall to the Dark Side on what is essentially a kids show.

Well, Ezra and Luke would be the same age...seems weird they'd pick an actor for Ezra that's nigh on two decades younger (16 years) than the one that plays Luke.

Addition: Maybe del Toro is playing his The Collector character and this is a terrible Marvel/Star Wars crossover since Disney owns all of that now. Hahaha.
