The important thing is to not let Internet banter and fanboy sites shape your opinion of this movie because every shred of every detail will be broken down for criticism and a load of folks will be unhappy no matter what.

I'm not...I'm looking at the released photos and the teaser...they've nailed star wars (and there are no shots of outer space)
Gary Kurtz has visited the set and praised the production values and direction of the special effects
I'm looking at a really intriguing and promising cast. Serkis is just incredible, and I really think casting adam driver could pay huge dividends.
mark Hamill is a really good actor and I think as a byproduct of his age, we get a really interesting luke skywalker. So I'm also excited to see Mark Hamill. Ironically, I'm worried more about Harrison ford's inclusion than anything. He is so fricking old and he's not really a good actor anymore.

I'm most looking forward to seeing how the Empire has maintained influence after they were supposedly finished at the end of Jedi. Also, the new Star Wars Battlefront game is going to be sooooo nice.

I don't know if it's spoilers, it's basically more just synopsis that you would know before going in, but if the OT was WWII in space then the new trilogy will be the Cold War
