That's barely scratching the surface there. There's so many great classic westerns that didn't have Wayne or Eastwood in them.

I recommend anyone start off with Jimmy Stewart westerns directed by Anthony Mann & Randolph Scott westerns directed by Budd Boetticher.

Say start off with The Naked Spur & The Tall T and you can't go wrong.
