It's on the abomination of a network Viceland now...

Anyway, Top 3 comedy of all time. You forget also just how everyone ripped off it's premise. It's still original 30 yrs later.

My 2nd favorite comedy movie of all time.

The review for Shark Sandwich is just a two word review. It says, shite Sandwich.

Harry Shearer during the Stonhenge fight backstage is comedy genius.

You know, just simple lines intertwining, you know, very much like - I'm really influenced by Mozart and Bach, and it's sort of in between those, really. It's like a Mach piece, really. It's sort of...

What do you call this?

Well, this piece is called "Lick My Love Pump".

Guffman was better than Best in Show.

Wish I too could own some of those sweet Dinner with Andre action figures.

"We're very lucky in the band in that we have two visionaries, David and Nigel, they're like poets, like Shelley and Byron. They're two distinct types of visionaries, it's like fire and ice, basically. I feel my role in the band is to be somewhere in the middle of that, kind of like lukewarm water."

The best thing is hearing bands talk about how true that movie is. Like getting lost backstage and pods not opening (Genesis w/Peter Gabriel). Jeff Beck was so offended he walked out of the theater when it came out because Nigel was like 85% based on Jeff Beck plus he looked just like him. Jimmy Page thought it was brilliant.
