Spin-Off: What are your Funniest Characters/Show on TV Edited to add Broad City
Posted by DirtyMikeandtheBoys on 5/25/16 at 3:23 pm11
Erlich Bachmann - Silicon Valley
Jonah Ryan - Veep
Gary Walsh - Veep
Kent Davison - Veep
ETA:Insert Abby/Ilana - Broad City
Gilfoyle/Dinesh - Silicon Valley
Jared Dunn - Silicon Valley
These two shows are murdering TV comedy right now. It's amazing how many characters just nail on every single line/scene. Both to me also have tons of other funny characters, but I don't think I have ever not laughed at something these characters have said.

I love Gilfoyle so much it pains me. He just murders it every week.
And while not a person, Pam on Archer never fails to crack me up. She's the best character on the funniest show on TV (well, other than Silicon Valley)

The whole cast is great, but yeah TJ Miller is just spot on.
I will start my Archer watch in 3-4 weeks or so.
I probably would have said Omundson in Galavant for sure.
But TV comedy has been dull for me outside of a few shows. South Park is still funny, so PC Principal gets on the list too.

It really bothers me that you interrupted the order and listed a SV, three veeps, then 2 more SVs.

Just go ahead and add the entire cast of Veep. There isn't a bad character on the show

That just made me laugh inappropriately loud in my office. Tried to play it off as coughing. My secretary asked if I needed some water. He is so great.

Sadly there seems to be a shortage on the Internet of Splett quotes. IMDB only has 1 quote of his
"Hi I'm Richard T. Splett
I don't know why I said "T". My middle name is John"
