It's believed that Reddit is being infiltrated by companies to promote themselves by using user profiles to create positive posts and upvotes. Some thought that they may even be using bots to spam upvotes on certain pieces (upvotes don't require CAPTCHA security - the weird pictures where you type in what you see, designed to stop bots). Often these will target Sponsored Content -type articles.
That sounds a little far fetched. I'm on my new Samsung Galaxy machine and the crystal clear LED screen and easy to use interface allow me to surf around with no problems. I got it on sale at Best Buy in a PRE BLACK FRIDAY bundle with matching hardcover case.

Ok I just finished it! This season is the best one in a long time!!!
"If you could stop Hitler what would you do?"
"If rip him apart and totally crush some puss! Woooo!"
I almost pissed my pants!

I saw OML mention that earlier in the thread, but I think you could also argue Terminator: Salvation as well. There was something else from the episode that happened right before that that made me think T:S, and then when he was talking to Leslie, it reminded me of how Sam Worthington didn't know he was AI.
"There is a war coming" IS from Terminator. I'm thinking that it may be a little of both.
ETA: Its "there's a storm coming" in terminator. Still reminded me of it.

I was thinking of Skynet when I saw it. Machines getting too smart.
They're definitely going somewhere with all of this.

What I'm wondering is if they already had the end game for this season planned after the premier. I think they winged it week to week and let it go where it took them.

They always wing it week to week. The recent events have been a gold mine for them though.

You clearly haven't watched the first 7 seasons then

I don't love the first few seasons. They're good, but I like this season better. I feel like "South Park" didn't really find its groove until season 3 and hit its peak around Season 6-13.

I feel like there is something missing in this thread...

Same here.
The first few seasons are actually pretty shitty in retrospect.

I find that most of the masterpieces are in the middle.
Scott Tennerman must die is pretty early on as was the Civil War Reenactment episode and the Chinpokomon. Some of the best episodes were the baseball one, Wal-mart, Warcraft, Woodland Critter Christmas, and Margaritaville.
The first couple seasons don't always hold up because the production values are so shitty and the plots often a little thin. The last couple seasons don't always hold up because they're based so obviously on current events, thus making them awesome on first watch but quickly dated.

come on, I can't be the only one who misses the old format of just the four main boys Stan, Kyle, Cartman, and Kenny getting into deep shite somehow

I just watched this one and laughed my fricking arse off. This has been one of the most enjoyable seasons of South Park all time imo.

And there's your Breesus signal!

They still did that in later seasons. The first couple seasons though, the plots were thin with random non-sepuiters and plot twists for no reason. It was still good, but they found their groove after a while and it got better. Losing Chef was a big blow to the show, i will admit.
