I wonder if Clay is dead will Sutter go a completely different direction with the show. For example will a good chunk of Season 5 take place in prison? I mean seriously Bobby, Juice, Opie and even Jax. He definitely violated his parole by leaving the scene of an accident and hi-jacking that rice rocket. Guess it will all be neatly tied into a bow by the end of the season finale. Every season that seems to happen, plot holes and characters losing IQ points during the season and then boom Sutter hits you with an epic finale to forget all of that.

IMO this season has too much shite going on, so I think it needs to re-direct going forward. It seems nearly impossible to cleanly wrap this season up in the next 2 episodes.

The only thing I can think of, is he needs Clay to take the fall for breaking it off with the Cartel. He doesn't want anyone else to get capped for having to tell the Cartel they won't mule for them any more.

I actually havent been a huge fan of this season. They have drawn out this storyline for far too long.

It feels like every episode this season has been the same thing over and over again with like a minor event happening at the end of the episode. Every episode has had the exact same blueprint and has been extremely predictable.

I also dont see anyway that the entire next season doesnt involve everyone in jail. They have taken killing people to the extreme this season. The first few seasons it was somewhat of a big deal to kill someone (especially for jax). At this point they dont even care and just openly will kill anyone.

The season with the FBI agent woman was so good because no one really knew if they were actually going to kill her or not. (or maybe not the season but the last episode)

My 2 cents. Here's to hoping for some closure next week

I wonder if Sitter offs his character (Otto) in prison, because he's run out of purpose for him. Could Clay have been wearing a flak jacket of some type that would have protected his center mass? Might account for the non-fatal wounds (apparently) . I don't know about those vests.
Meantime, I HATE how Gemma's character is all over the map.

Yeah Gemma has been real annoying all season. She needs to turn on Clay. It is so ridiculous that she still has his back.

There was a bullet hole low-center right with blood coming out.

clay is dead, jax blames laroy and lobos which leads the cartel to go after them.

the black cop helps out juice.

there is something wrong with otto's signed confession that will only be found out after his execution so they will not be able to go back to him cause he will be dead.

somehow wendy gets courts to say abel has to be near her in charming so jax ends up staying in charming and taking over samcro.

Hale investors get exposed and they are the ones blamed for georgios death along with hale.

What are you talking about here? She doesn't have his back. She wants Jax to kill him. She said as much 2 weeks ago. The kiss in the hospital was a "I know it was you Fredo" kiss. She's going to give Jax the letters this week and if Clay isn't dead already, he will be in the next 2 episodes.

Clay has been so central to this show, I just wonder how it will fare if he's not involved. Same with Gemma.

I think the show gets a lot better w/o him. He's been a dead weight for awhile.

He's dead IMO. Bad shots were to make him suffer.

She said he will die at the hands of "the son".

Her son?
Piney's son?
One of the Sons?
