Plus Kate McKinnon actually is gay. From everything I've heard about the movie, this is the thing I give the least amount of shite about.

see, this is what is wrong with America. Media tells you that stereotypes are bad and that you are intolerant if you buy into them but then they give you this:
If you told me one of the Ghostbusters was gay and asked which, I immediately tell you it is McKinnon's character without any knowledge of her character. This would be just based on her appearance fitting the absolute stereotypical Bernie loving hippie lesbian.
Then you have a loud mouth black woman, yet another homer stereotype.
Then you have the fat woman covering her shame with snarky crappy jokes the whole time, she will probably make some fat jokes at one time or another to hide her self loathing.
Then you have Wiig, not sure what to think of her character except she will be the alpha of the group in the light of being the down the middle character with no stand out traits.
