is showing Pawn Stars all fricking day long?
I understand that they will be airing the World Wars series starting tonight, but no Vietnam, WWII, other war documentaries?

History Channel isn't History channel anymore.
They haven't been for years. H2 is where they put the good shows now.

I've got a buddy who's an expert on History channel programming decisions. Let me get him up here to take a look at it and we'll go from there

I think "History made Every Day" is their craptastic tag line and excuse for the terrible programming these days.
Military channel should have some good shows on today.

I really wish history would go back to showing more documentaries.

I like Pawn Stars but sometimes it is a bit much.
I was watching it last night and a guy brought in a 1963 Fender Stratocaster that belonged to Jimi Hendrix and was one of his favorite studio guitars. The guitar's documentation was air tight.
It was worth $750,000 to $1,000,000.
The guy knew all of this yet he's gonna take it to a Pawn Shop?
I hate it when they set up an item like that to be brought into the shop just for the sake of the show and pretend there was the potential for it to be sold.

American Heroes Channel (new crappy name for the Military Channel) has been that for a few weeks. It seems like it's been almost non-stop colorized WWII and I've watched it until it's all repeats now.

They did WWII in HD on Saturday, Men Who Built America yesterday. Guess they shot their wad on decent viewing (same goes for Comedy Central, which was two days of non-stop South Park this weekend. Now it's Tosh.0 which I can handle but only in small doses).
