So Biff got away with attempted rape

As far as I know, he's never arrested or convicted of trying to rape Lorraine. He just go punched in the face.

That's when men were men and society handled itself. Everyone didn't run bitching and crying to police and Lawyers at the drop of a pin.
The 50s: Got a bully in school? You beat his arse and it evens out. You shake hands and life goes on.
The bully learns boundaries and the bullied kids learn how to toughen up and face life.
Today: Got a bully in school? Your mom starts a pta coalition action group. The bully gets expelled, the principle gets fired, the bullied kid learns no lessons and never understands how go deal with conflict. The bully's life is ruined and kid becomes and insufferable whiney bitch.
Years later the kid hires a lawyer and files a class action for mental anguish and severe emotional distress against the school, the school board settles out of court for millions of tax payer money.

No these days the bullied kid would just shoot up the school. The bully would be probably be killed, along with several other innocent bystanders, and then the kid would kill himself before the cops get there.

Deep down, Lorraine wanted Biff. She loved aggressive men - heck, the only reason she gave George the time of day was because he decked Biff.
Also, remember that Lorraine married Biff in the alt timeline.
She was a huge slut, and there's no telling what she did to Marty when he was unconscious and she undressed him. I doubt she would turn anyone down.

In fairness, she was kind of a(n implied) slut. That was kind of a minor plot point of the movie.
