I watched a little bit of it one night and it was just wasn't very good IMO. I didn't hang around long enough for it to pick up if it did.

I've been watching it every week. Its alright but some stuff is a little much.
*spoiler (kinda)
Example. Last episode in the scene after their comrades funeral that one civilian guy starts talking shite to all the seals like he's some badass and then proceeds to show his glock on his hip. What kind of frick tard human being talks shite to a group of navy seals and then proceeds to show them he's packing? Wtf you think you're going to do lieutenant dan shoot 5 navy seals in cold blood at a funeral wake?
I dk that one scene really pissed me off
but the rest of the show has been decently entertaining
It is weird seeing Walton Goggins from Vice Principals as a navy seal

I think it was implied he didnt know they were SEALs but I could be wrong. Anyways, it wasnt a great scene. I love the concept and action but it def be better

This. And i soooo wanted it to be good. It's just not. And you can tell History put a lot of money into it, but the writing and acting are horrible. The wives act like they are in a high school drama.

Its gotten better. Still not great though. A couple of small things irk me. Like they make it seem like any newbie SEAL out of BUDs can just join Team Six. I may be wrong here, but I thought Team Six selects the best established SEALs out of other teams.

You say that but my brother's best friend since like 3rd grade is a SEAL (well retired now). My brother told me how on at least 2 occasions guys they went to high school with that knew he was a SEAL would see them hanging out at a bar (when he was on leave and back home) and try to start a fight and taunt him. The line he said one guy used was "you think just cause you're a SEAL you can kick my arse? Or everybody's arse?" And before you ask it was unprovoked.

Well... I'll just say it's a lackluster followup of my taboo DVR schedule. I'm hoping it gets better. I think Rip was a bad cast.

Yea I'm watching and somewhat enjoying but there's definitely some rough parts.

I was wondering the same thing. I feel like it may have been after his death while she was getting ready for something. While not great either, the show has gotten better since the pilot.

He's Boyd Crowder from Justified! Highly underrated actor. Imo

The scene where he scalped that guy and shot the guy from Detroit seemed was too forced and out of character for him. I like bear. He should be the lead. Maybe Rip will get killed off and they can focus on the other guys. Doubt it
