Tomatometer: 87% after 15 reviews (13 positive, 2 negative). Was a pretty big hit at Cannes.

Yep everything about this has me really excited. From the cast to the director. D. Villeneuve is becoming one of my favorites.

Seems like another movie with a female playing a badass and going back and forth from being a badass killer to an irrational woman.
Always so distracting and unbelievable. Oh no you didn't sign up for this? Then why are you a badass FBI agent kicking in doors again?

I did google (as I always thought a sicario was either a Roman senator who would do the dirty deed (as in ´and you, Brutus´ in the senate if the price were right, or a kind of a strong-armed henchman who may kill, and may be a bit of sycophant).
Just never thought of calling an asesino a sueldo a sicario.
Like I said, it makes sense, but I´d never had thought of doing so.
