another one i thought of, and apologies if someone already mentioned it: 'the unususals'. IMO it was a pretty funny cop show, full of characters short of a full deck. aired in 2009 (or maybe 2010), lasted 10 episodes, deserved a better fate.
i still stand by my original pick 'police squad!', but i admit it would've been tough for the writers to continue maintaining a high standard, had the show ran longer than it did...

The Life and Times of Tim - I will always maintain that this show's cult following will grow popular enough that Adult Swim will re-air it in the next couple of years.

In Glau's defense.. Dollhouse had abysmal ratings and was moved to Friday waaaaaaaaay before she showed up - and Alphas was on the edge of the chopping block way before she showed up as well.
I strongly doubt Arrow is going anywhere, and she's been on the show this season.
