I've seen the movie numerous times and it just dawned on me how insolent and callous Tony is towards Frank Lopez. He gets him a job and a green card, but goes after his lady the first night they met in the nightclub. How brash and uncalled for after what Frank did for him.

He'll kill anyone for a few bucks, take anyone's woman he wants, stab everyone in the back, he lives in a Mansion, his Mom still lives in a shack...is in love with his his sister and murders his best friend who was nothing but loyal to him when everyone else bailed.

A sociopath doesn't care if he's benefitting anyone. Cold, calculating, and manipulative, he doesn't think about others at all unless they can benefit him.
A narcissist believes he's great, that everything about him is magnificent.
Traits of a Narcissistic Sociopath
A driven quest for power. If a narcissistic sociopath cares about anything other than himself, it is destructive power and control over people.
Behaviors that seek love and admiration. It's superficial. A narcissistic sociopath sees love and admiration as power tools to manipulate and dominate.
No apologies, no guilt, no remorse under any circumstance.
Invincibility. The narcissistic variety of sociopath believes he is indomitable.
Wholly self-serving. The needs and wants of others are insignificant and undeserving of consideration.
