i know it may be hard, but they all had their moments.

Mine....

Episode 1- Darth Maul

Episode 2- Jango Fett

Episode 3- Dark tone to the movie, score, last 30 minutes(minus the cringeworthy Darth scene)

I begrudgingly endorse this.

Thank God it wasn't longer.

See, that cringeworthy scene negates any positives from the 3rd film for me. "Other than that, how was the play, Mrs. Lincoln?"

My only positives for the entire trilogy were Darth Maul and MacGregor's Obi Wan. Much like most of the cast of Armageddon, MacGregor was heroically trying to save those terrible films from the director and screenwriter - to no avail.

In all seriousness, those films would have been better with cardboard cutouts of Anakin and Padme. (And we know for a fact that Portman can act, so the blame clearly lies elsewhere - looking real hard at you Mr. Lucas.)

Episode 1 - Since Maul is the obvious answer I'll say the Droideka droids. I liked their designs and the fact that they had personal shield generators
Episode 2 - Seismic charges used by Jango Fett were pretty cool
Episode 3 - General Grievous. I liked him as a villain even though he was much more badass in the clone wars animated show. I also liked his origin story.

Phantom Menace - Darth Maul
Attack of Clones - Portman's bodysuit (before and after tear)
Revenge of Sith - Opening star battle over Corcusant

Episode I: Podrace

Episode II: ....Man this is hard... I really hate everything about this movie.... I'll go with Natalie Portman's arse.

Episode III: The Emperor is great in it. Every time he's on screen he steals the show.

Since Darth Maul and the other examples above are all really good answers, il try to give other answers

1. The soundtrack during the Duel of the Fates

2. Mace Windu having a purple lightsaber... man this movie sucked

3. Ewan McGregor resembles Alec Guinness and slices Anikens legs off at the end then watches him catch fire. cold blooded

When Natalie Portman or Christianson are sitting around on a lazy Sunday and one of the prequels comes on tv and they happen to see a few minutes, what do you think is going through their mind as they watch that God awful acting and writing?

Surely they knew it was shite

Episode 1- I agree, Darth Maul was bad arse

Episode 2- Jar Jar Binks hardly makes an appearance

Episode 3- The Anakin-Obi Wan fight is still pretty cool I guess.

Episode 1 - Final Battle with Maul and Qui Gon/Obi

Episode 2 - It ended

Episode 3 - actually liked this one. Favorite was Anakin and Obi Wan duel. Anakin was actually a good character when he wasn't speaking.

The often overlooked subplot of the Sith Master and introduction of the main villain of the entire series, Jar Jar Binks, is the best thing about the prequels. Binks is Snoke.

Not just Maul and the fight, but the musical number during the last fight was great.

Darth Maul-Kenobi-Qui Gon battle. It was great. Maul should've been in all 3. Then have Vader kill him and take his place as the apprentice.

Save for Anakin and Obi Wan's relationship, a Anakin vs Mace vs Maul 3 way duel was the biggest missed opportunity of the prequels. Mace should have had Anakin expelled from the Jedi Order in Episode II due to his affair with Padme.

In Episode III, have Palpatine tip off both Anakin and Mace to Maul's location, with Mace arriving there first and engaging with Maul. When Anakin arrives, he figures he can kill two birds with one stone and blame Mace's death on Maul. Anakin first kills Maul and then Mace. He's caught in the act though, and begins hunting the other Jedi to save his own arse.
