I just learned that John Malkovich played Teddy KGB in Rounders.
How did I not see this before. Ive seen this movie a million times. He fooled the hell out of me. I thought Teddy KGD was an actual Russian. I was watching it on cable this weekend and looked up the cast on imdb to see if I had seen Teddy in any other movies. I was was surprised to see it was John Malkovich.

The #1 for me is King Baldwin, the Leper King of Jeruselam in "The Kingdom of Heaven." I remember thinking, "The actor is stealing the film" - and only later read that it was Ed Norton.
Who was also in Rounders.
It's one thing to go back and realize, for example that Wendell Pierce (Bunk Moreland in The Wire) was the EMT in "Money Pit" - but I'm having a tough time not recognizing Malkovich in Rounders, though.
